Contraception

Due to my previous pregnancy complication, i was adviced by the obgyn to not to conceive within 2 years after i gave birth to my baby.

At first, i asked a few frends about the contraceptive and there few answers are here. After a false alarm trigger (my menses were 2 months late early this year) i met a gynae in KMC. She advised me to take Yasmin, an oral contraceptive. Took those pills for 2 months, unfortunately doesn't suits me. I can easily had headache, extreme pain during menses and mood 'swing' due to the hormones pills.

I stop for about 2 months and end of May i went to meet an obgyn in Tawakal. After listening to my very loooooooongggggggg..............story of my medical history, he advised me to take pills similar to implanon daily non stop.

Why implanon type of pills? He told me that Yasmin is the lowest dosage in Oral contraception family, if i am unable to suit Yasmin, definately i cannot 'tahan' with other type/brand of oral contraception.

IUD is not suitable for me as i can easily infected as per his diagnose with my PPROM during my pregnancy.

So both is no-no for me.

I was prescribed with Noriday, an oral type implanon. Been taking it for merely 1 month now and i seems ok with this but my menses will be differ than before. I may or may not have menstruation. As implanon is to maintain ovulation, i may not get pregnant during my consumption of these pills, however there are few cases that may caused pregnancy during the consumption of the pills.

Hope everything will be fine and i am ready for another pregnancy when my little princess reached 2 years of age.

Just realized that it's been a month since i wrote my few words here. Since May 15th i've been very busy at work and home. Lots of things to do here and there and i ended up being so tired end of every day.

I have thousands of words to write here hence need some peaceful time and mind to write. Will be back soon!!!!!!!!

1st week @ day care

Aduiii.......lamanya tak apdet blog. Takdan la sejak keja nih. Kat ofis xleh suka suki nak online sbb kena login id segala....dah la tgh appraisal nih...mau kena downgrade satgi :D

Immediately mama sent lil Humaira Safiyyah in her day care (tok panggil sekolah), i went up to 21st floor, to my department just for a standby in case if any complications.....ngeeee......i wa as so nervous for the first few hours. Sempat la mana nak online sat, chat few words with colleague etc and at 12 sharp switched the notebook off and ready to fetch her. Upon arrival, i see her on her tummy position doing her own thing. Kesian anak mama takdak orang layan. That was my first thought. Later i brought her back home. Adussss.....lepas seksaan hari ni.

2nd day i fetch her @ 1.00pm immediately after having lunch with few friends. the caretaker said she did quite well. not so demanding but only cry for milk. Baiknya anak mama nih....cayang la mama.....

3rd day mama fetch her quite late, around 4pm after had such a wonderful makan2 with aunty tini n aunty seri. Depa 2 cuti for wesak day. Mama ended with stomache ache after had ayam penyet. Agaknya pedas sgt kot....sejak lps beranak ni mama punya perut quite sensitive to spicy food la

Her 1st day away from Mama

This morning i sent my lil Humaira Safiyyah to child care centre. Located at 1st floor, the same building at my work place. It is provided by the employer to their staffs. It's kinda orietation for her to get used with the taska (orientation for mama actually) as my very long leave will end next week and will be back to work on May 15th.

We arrived around 8.10am and i left the centre at 8.30. This is the 1st time i left her with a childminder. Normally i left her with my mother not more than 3 hours. Dan-dan tu jugak la mama ni sebak sangat rasanya. Sedih sgt sebab terpaksa berpisah dgn anak. Cemana la anak dara aku yang seorang itu hari ni. I hope she's doing well.

Will fetch her at 12.30 today........mama sedey nihhhhh.....kepala asik dok ingat dia ja

Contraception
